Hard Core Dayhikes: July 18 and August 8, 2010

Put the Adventure in the Adventure Rabbi Program

Two hard-core day hikes in 2010

Join Rabbi Korngold for a day of rigorous hiking through awe inspiring wildflowers complemented by contemplative conversation.

We will hike, learn, and hike some more. (Mostly hike though!)

Please note: we may switch the order of the hikes depending on weather conditions on the day of the hike.

We then return 4 to 5 miles along the same route back to the cars. The trail begins in a pine forest and eventually follows a stream up to a string of lakes. The wildflowers along the stream are usually gorgeous.

Who Should Sign Up?
To come on this trip you must be in strong physical condition and able to hike at a sustained pace on an adventure which will last up to 8 hours. (If you are in "Boulder" shape, you'll be fine. This wont be as hard as a peak climb. But, for people that don't get out much, it would be hard. Call us if that doesn't make sense!)
You must be willing to work with a group. We are unable to accommodate dogs or children under 16.

Please do not show up at the trailhead without advanced registration.
Participants must speak to Jeff
or have been on hikes with us before to be eligible for this trip.
